  • Thursday: 19h30 to 21h30 (Server Time)
  • Friday: 19h30 to 21h30 (Server Time)
  • We break for 10 minutes around 20h30

goal

Get the "Ahead of the Curve" achievement.

Once Heroic is on Farm, we'll take the other guildies through to get the achievement (and gear up).

Etiquette

We are not hardcore or super tryhards, but we kind of expect a minimum effort. We don't want people taking the piss: It's not fair on everyone else who is trying to do their best.

Asking for the bare minimum effort is not being hardcore, it's respecting other people's time. If anyone wants to be carried, they'll have to wait until we flawlessly kill everything with no effort at all

  1. Respect the guild rules
  2. Be early - If the raid starts at 19h30 (server time), we pull at 19h30.
    • There's a number of other people waiting for you to start
    • If you're not online at least 5 minutes before we're meant to start, and there's someone else waiting to join, you will be replaced
  3. Be free - Don't sign up if you don't have two hours to spare
    • Tentative means No, so if we got a PUG and it turns out you were able to join but you've already been replaced, tough.
    • If you can't stay for the whole raid, inform the Raid Leader before the raid starts
    • If you are late, inform the Raid Leader before the raid starts (your spot may not be guaranteed)
    • If you AFK during the raid, you'll be replaced
  4. Be prepared
    • Flasks and Food are your individual responsibility - we'll try to provide, but it's not always guaranteed
    • Be enchanted and gemmed - make an effort, everyone else is
    • Read up on tactics, we'll explain the fights but you should understand what's going on. There are plenty of resources to check up on
  5. Don't be a dick over pixels

Progression raids

  • Be patient - If you signed up for 2 hours, it's potentially 2 hours of wiping over and over
  • Be willing to improve - It's not fair to cba, everyone is putting in their best, you should too
  • You may be asked to leave if you're not pulling your weight

Pugging & joining other non-guild raids

We are currently doing HEROIC raids.

That means:

  • Normal - Do what you like.
  • Heroic - Reserve your lockout for the guild until the last raid day (Friday).
  • Mythic - Do what you like.

Loot rules

General Equipment & Weapons

  • Need if you need - we're all adults, don't be a dick
    • If it's a sidegrade, check with everyone else before needing it
    • If you're on an alt, check with everyone else before needing
  • If it turns out you're a dick, you may get the item but you'll definitely be kicked

Trinkets

  • Know your BiS (use Wowhead, Icyveins, whatever you prefer, but know what you want)
    • If your Hero BiS trinket drops, you're allowed to roll, even if you already have other random non-BiS Hero level trinkets
    • If a non-BiS trinket drops but nobody else wants it, you're allowed to roll
